Welcome to the world, ‘Blade Runner’ replicant Leon Kowalski
While most devotees of Blade Runner are looking forward to the upcoming freeing of the film’s long-awaited sequel, Blade Runner 2049 , there’s some business from the original film to be addressed that shouldn’t be overlooked.
Notably, as Gizmodo pennants, today is the Inception Date for replicant Leon Kowalski.
Poor Leon had fairly the murderous itinerary spoiler alarm for a 35 -year-old movie escaping the Tyrell corporation after killing Blade Runner Holden but subsequently gratifying his goal at the sides of another replicant, Rachael.
Kowalski is just one of a handful of replicants to have their Inception Date come to pass. Roy Batty, that bad
son er, replicant, celebrated his in January 2016 and was closely followed by Pris in February of 2016 and Zhora in June of 2016.
This won’t be the last Inception Date to memo from the original Blade Runner film. Rachael’s is still to come in May of 2017, symbolizing we’ll get the main Inception Dates but what of Deckard ??? before Blade Runner 2049 affects theaters in October 2017.
